This week will be roughly eight weeks since we closed on our house here in Grand Rapids. During that time my in-laws and Jillian have put a lot of sweat time in to make our house one of the coolest on the block. And while we still have a lot of work to do, we're excited about how it's coming along. Coincidentally, I finally downloaded all the pictures from my camera during the past eight weeks. It turns out Megan was pretty active in helping with the process too. Here are some pictures from her supervisor position.Megan agrees to hold the ladder for her grandpa while making sure his caulking skills are up to par.
Jillian is incredulous that Megan puts an end to her water break and is unconcerned with her requests for an additional time. Megan immediately sends her back to gardening duties. If this type of behavior continues her mother and I will look to unionize against such a demanding employer.Megan inspects her father's gutter cleaning ability with a discerning eye.
Of course even evil dictator bosses need to take time out of their day for a snack break. Here Megan enjoys some honey Teddy Grahams before continuing to practice her leadership skills. All in a day's work, eh Megan?

Thanks for the new pix, Brian! Looks like Megan can't wait to get the pots planted and I'll be glad to dig in the dirt with her when we visit. I can't get over how she has changed since Easter!
The new camera is making for some great shots. Love the "discerning eye" picture. Steamboat makes that same face all the time.
