Halfway to One!

This is going to be a quick post. We're off in just over 15 minutes, to join our friends the Riels, in their old-stomping grounds of Modoc, IN. I've been told the highlights are Bingo, the Flea Market, and the Sunday morning auction. To say I'm giddy at the possibilities would be an understatement. Pictures are sure to follow.

But the star of TODAY is Megan. She is halfway through living a full year on earth. Thinking back to how she started, we are ecstatic, despite her inability to sit up on her own, at her progress. In my heart I thought it would take at least a year to catch up in size and weight to the 'normal' babies who were born on time but she has proven us wrong. Not for the first time I'm sure.

At any rate, I thought I would post a two-photo comparison to show how far she's come.

Then

Now

What a difference a few months make. That and a small fortune spent on formula.
